Entry 8. Include a concept map associated to the development of the use of technology in classes

Entry 7. Adding a podcast to my blog

In EFL/ESL virtual classroom a podcast is a very interesting tool due to students can improve listening, oral and reading skills besides they can increase English vocabulary while reading. This podcast has been created by a certified teacher in England who has taught English for 10 years. Luke has also written a lot of literature for EFL students. He also teaches specialized English such as business and Legal English for advanced courses.

Entry 3.The importance of the use of the correct spelling in English communication

When using the correct spelling of the English language or any other particular language in communication, a person is reflecting the professional he or she is; some people do not take into account the correct spelling or the correct structure of the language; however to write correctly reflects the person you are, so be careful when you use technology to communicate with others because a person can get a good or bad impression of who you are just for your writing spelling.

Entry 2. Brief comments for ICT websites

Entry 1. My understanding of the use of Information Communication Technology

The use of information communication technology in a ESL/EFL classroom is one of the newest and most interesting ways to learn English on line in a funny way.

Virtual classroom combines both, teaching and learning processes and technologies which are adapted to meet the needs of an audience that is no longer face-to-face. It is described as an optimal model of interactivity and talks about the tools available to convey non-verbal cues, encouraging full audience to participate and contribute sharing knowledge.

In an EFL/ESL Virtual Classroom, there is a variaty of grammar, listening, speaking, reading and writing exercises that students can perform to enhance their knowledge and improve English skills. Some information that might be displayed on line is not reliable or not; however, some information is provided by teachers or English language teacher experts who are trying to share their knowledge, so take advantage on that as well .

Toefl preparation for ESL/EFL students on line is available for all those students who wants to get a score that measures their English knowledge; it is a good opportunity to create an ICT environment in the classroom to take into account this tool in order to improve English learning development between ESL/EFl students.

Thank you.
